Captain Jesse’s passion for fishing began at the age of three, when he caught his first fish along the rugged and stunning coast of the Pacific Northwest. Raised on the West Coast, he devoted every spare moment to the water, learning tides, studying fish behavior, and developing a deep appreciation for the excitement of the catch. What began as a childhood interest has since evolved into a lifelong commitment.

Jesse holds a Small Vessel Operator Proficiency Certificate, a Small Domestic Vessel Basic Safety (MED A3) certification, a Restricted Operator Certificate (Maritime), and current Marine First Aid. With decades of experience and a profound respect for the ocean, he brings both expertise and passion to every charter.
