At Sea Legg’s Fishing Adventures, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring that we can continue to operate smoothly and offer high-quality service to all our guests.

1. Deposits
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your fishing charter. This deposit is applied to the total cost of your trip.
2. Cancellations by the Customer

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations within 7 days of the trip may forfeit the deposit, unless due to verified extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergency).

No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund.
3. Cancellations by Sea Legg’s Fishing Adventures

If we must cancel your trip due to inclement weather, mechanical issues, or other safety-related concerns, you will be offered either:

A full refund, or

The option to reschedule your trip for another available date.

The captain has full discretion to cancel or postpone a trip based on safety conditions. Your safety is our top priority.
4. Refunds for Extenuating Circumstances
Refunds for unexpected personal emergencies (e.g., serious illness, family emergency) may be granted at our discretion. Please contact us directly as soon as possible with any concerns.
5. Payment Methods for Refunds
Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
